paypal for the philippines… sorta

Here’s an excerpt from my CNET Asia tech blog entry:

The Philippines is finally one of the countries recognized by PayPal.

Thanks to the heads-up from techie Migs Paraz, who posted it in the Yahoo! Groups PH-Cyberview, I’ve now also signed up for a PayPal account.
